Our services include, but are not limited to:

Charter Hire

• Gather Client’s objectives and criteria
• Understand Client’s business operations and incentive plan (if applicable)
• Request cruise charter proposals from selected Cruise Lines
• Review terms of the cruise proposals with Client & Cruise Line
• Recommend changes to cruise itinerary
• Coordinate a tour of the cruise ship before finalization of contract
• Coordinate negotiation and finalization of charter agreement

Plan


• Visit with Client periodically to develop an agenda for the cruise
• Coordinate Client’s activities, special entertainment, seminars, receptions between Cruise Line and Client
• Coordinate logistics with Cruise Line and Travel Agency on record
• Schedule and coordinate site sailing to customize and solidify plans
• Facilitate meetings between Client and Cruise Line
• Obtain specifications of cruise ship, including venue capacities
• Obtain cabin listing and square footage for assignment of cabins
• Assist Client with operational budget for Cruise Charter
• Assist Client with retail pricing for cruise charters (fundraisers) to ensure revenue exceeds operational expenses and meets profit goals
• Coordinate meetings between Cruise Line and Production Company to ensure production requirements are met for special entertainment

Guest Registration


• Design and manage website development for guest registrations & information
• Process guest registrations and cabin assignments
• Process guest payments, if applicable
• Control cabin inventory and guest manifest
• Review cabin requirements with Client for the various levels of management
• Enter data into Cruise Line’s registration system
• Cross-reference of Cruise Line’s manifest to ensure accuracy
• Direct guest registrations at the Pier on Sail Date

Fulfillment


• Mail cruise documents and correspondence to guests and management
• Mail information to cruise guests as required by Client
• Provide instructions to cruise guests as to arrival and departure information
• Monitor management’s plan onboard the ship
• Manage a Customer Service team during sailing

Accounting


• Reconcile guest payments to the guest manifest (if applicable)
• Reconcile daily credit card settlements to the bank’s batch report (if applicable)
• Provide Client with periodic cabin assignments/sales updates
